These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gotdac.com (the "Site"), operated by Got DAC. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
What the Site is for
The Site provides information about the Demand Automation Computer ("DAC") and lets you request a quote or take a fit assessment. Submitting a form is a request for information — it does not create a contract for installation or service, which requires a separate written agreement.
Savings estimates
Charts, examples, scores, and figures on the Site (including quiz results) are illustrative only. Actual savings depend on your utility's rate structure, your usage patterns, your equipment, and other factors, and are not guaranteed. Nothing on the Site is a promise of specific savings or a substitute for a written quote.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including submitting false information, interfering with its operation, or attempting to access data that is not yours.
Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, logo, and text belong to Got DAC or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
Disclaimer; limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Got DAC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Got DAC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
